Structure and performance characteristics:
★ Second generation hydraulic shearing machine.
The frame and knife holder are welded together as a whole, and stress is relieved through vibration, resulting in good accuracy retention.Adopting advanced integrated hydraulic system with good reliability.
★ Adopting three-point support rolling guide rails to eliminate support gaps and improve cutting quality.
The blade clearance is adjusted quickly, accurately, and conveniently by the reducer.
★ Rectangular blade. All four blades can be used, with a long service life.
★ The cutting angle can be adjusted to reduce the distortion and deformation of the sheet metal.
The upper knife holder adopts an inward tilting structure, which facilitates material dropping and improves the accuracy of production.
★ It has segmented cutting function.
The displacement size of the rear blocking material is transmitted by an encoder, which is accurate and efficient. The blocking frame is tempered for processing,Durable and long-lasting.
